Fund national and state advocacy efforts to repeal Title V at the federal level and to conduct a national campaign urging governors to reject these funds.

Fund efforts to expand funding available for comprehensive sex education implementation and to revise/improve the Elementary and Secondary Schools Act in support of school health programs, including comprehensive sex education.

Fund efforts to convene meetings with the Surgeon General, Director of the CDC and/or the Secretary of the Office of Adolescent Health asking them to author and widely disseminate a white paper on sexual health that includes as a priority young people’s access to honest sex education.

Fund an expansion of the State Sex Education Policy Summit (State Summit) to include sex education advocates and educators and to assist state and local efforts to improve sex education policies, share model advocacy and implementation strategies and advance advocates’ understanding of the school environment.

Fund efforts to train and mobilize youth activists, parents and other stakeholders, building a strong and vocal constituency for sex education and driving policy and practice in support of comprehensive sex education.
